| - Rental period: the Cottage is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
- Damages deposit: a refundable damages deposit of £100 (130€) is payable six weeks before the start date of the rental period.
- Bed linen & towels: all bed linen and towels (but not pool towels) are provided and changed at the end of each week booked.
- Cooler month rentals: please note that a small charge is made for electricity and gas during the cooler months of the year. This is payable locally.
